Quick Issue
We understand the exasperating feeling when your banker tells you that it will take 7-10 business days to receive your new or replacement debit card. For that reason we implemented Quick Issue. We can now issue new or single replacement debit cards in 48 hours or less. At the account opening process, or upon notice of the lost or stolen debit card, you can choose which office that you would like to pick up your new Quick Issue card at and (depending on weekend/holidays) the card will be available for pick up within 24-48 hours at that location.
